Ok so on 10/31 I stepped on the ginormous scale at Publix grocery store, to watch the needle go all the way to & then stop at 194lbs. This for me is quite bothersome as I worked my ass off to get rid of 71lbs 4 years back and this entire past year I’ve been back on that damn rollercoaster of ever fluctuating weight/health. It is mainly due to my inconsistency with proper nutrition & exercise and weakly allowing myself to become (again) addicted to sugar & wheat products. As much as seeing the scale almost back to that excruciating 200 mark (I’m only 5’5” so Yes 200lbs is A Whole Fuck Ton of weight to be carrying around, bearing in mind MY healthy weight is about 165lbs) upset me, the discovery that I had now actually done enough damage that I had stepped right into killing my kidneys (1 half of the bodys main filtration system) with creating diabetes within myself, was absofuckinlutely devastating!!
I immediately got to work, cut all wheat products & processed sugar out, followed by a 24 hour fast, upped my protein intake again (eggs, beef, raw dairy, fish), & upped my herbs consumption again. I was kind of slacking on this as well because when eating with others who dont believe in “making things too spicy” or “using too many seasonings” in other words pretty much just table salt & black pepper to “season” food~ unless of course it comes as a premade seasoning which cannot contain: oregano, cumin, turmeric, corriander, sage, basil, rosemary, garlic, cayenne, or any of the other health beneficial herbs U can think of~ I pretty much resorted to adding a lil minced garlic to just about every dinner & called it a day. Then I also discovered the minced garlic I was using (along with any others available in the local grocery) have started adding citric acid toxic lab created mold, as a preservative (cuz we all know garlic goes bad?? Yea No It Actually doesn't!! It IS a preservative!!). I also got back to drinking my herbal teas several times a day, along with coconut water a couple times per week. Cut back on all the overload of vegetables (do your research- humans aren't supposed to be consuming that many fucking trees- we've All been lied to about Damn Near EVERYTHING), & reconstructed which fruits I’m eating regularly, to fruits with lower sugar content (No not the ones that Say, “50% less sugar”~ again research is critical, Berries contain about the least amount of sugar, Bananas on the other hand are actually one of the worst offenders if U are trying to reduce your overall sugar intake). I also incorporated big Green Florida Avocados back into my weekly intake.
Yesterday made one full week into taking my life back (literally from the brink of Self Destruction) and again we went to Publix for my weekly grocery run. I stepped up on the scale and watched the needle go to and stop at 187lbs. In 1 week I dropped 7lbs from dietary adjustments alone. I have yet to get my exercise back up. That's 1 pound per day of garbage I stopped consuming- think about that for a minute. We are always told there's no other way to “lose weight” except taking pills (Drugs) which will cause other health problems & most probably kill U (some are slow, some are fast but all of them will fuck U in the end) or surgery which again will cause other health problems or kill U. Have U noticed a general theme with Matrix solutions for Our Lives?? It's Always “Choose the Lesser of Two Evils”~ Fuck That!! Why would U follow that game plan, when the Best Option is Figure out the CAUSE of whatever Your problem is, and then figure out How to FIX it??
As of this a.m. I have also noticed a significant change in my urine, & while some of U reading these may have a difficult time with the fact that I keep bringing up this particular topic, it's seriously important to pay attention to the waste products your body produces because this is one of the first places U can tell without a doubt where your health level is really at. The odor is still strong but no where near what it was, and it’s not a strange odor, now it actually smells like urine again. The “soap bubble” effect has also significantly reduced and is almost gone. My sweat no longer smells noxiously sweet or alcohol like (as in wine cooler or mixed drink nauseatingly sweet). Now, none of this good news means I can start fucking off again, it simply means the methods I implemented because of paying attention to my body are working. I am also Not telling any one of U reading this, that the methods I use for MY body will work for U. I Am Telling U, “Pay attention to Your Body” and don't put your faith for your Healths Best Interests in Another Humans Hands. Learn what your body needs to be at Your Healthiest, Listen when your body is communicating with U, and Do What's Best for U.
