When I started this high nutrition, low garbage lifestyle, I was living & working on a vegetable farm. My 1st month & a half, was seriously adverse to my surroundings. Meat was definitely the smallest 8th-4th of everyone else's dietary intake as well as smallest percentage of what was always readily available in the kitchen, freezers, and pantry. 95% of the food stocked in the house was in some form or another, Plants. And there was junkfood at every turn; cookies, chips, ice cream, candy, biscuits, “breakfast” & granola bars, glazed nuts, jellies & jams, honey, and quite often- pastries and pies. However, I also had a steady supply of farm fresh real, eggs & dairy, plus plenty of grass fed, pasture raised beef. As difficult as this was for starting to change my whole life and health, it was still so much easier than today. The first glaring reason is lack of kitchen access. So here's where creativity is a very necessary component to maintaining proper human nutrition. Lack of kitchen access means not consuming anywhere near enough fat & protein, daily. Compounding this malfunction is the fact that, my days are divided between walking non-stop & sitting for hours on end mixed with lil to no sleep. This is the correct recipe for being disEased from head to toe, not conducive to being healthy. And the icing for this unhealthy cake that's baking is, not staying correctly hydrated, not just water but balanced electrolytes as well.
I have come up with some different on the go Carnivor-esque meals, that aren't too unhealthy, considering it's all preprocessed/high processed food. One of the important factors of Carnivore lifestyle is eating Real food. Which premanufactured foodstuffs don't really count as Real food. However the choices I made are still 1000x better than going back to SAD. Aldi is a decent spot to find Carnivore acceptable “survival” foods. Look for short ingredients lists, no sugar or sweeteners, no dyes, no fillers. A walk thru of most grocery storeswill quickly show U that ready to eat “clean” animal products are far & few between. 99% of beef jerky products contain sugar, dextrose, corn syrup solids, soy (in some form), citric acid, natural flavorings, msg, edta, etc. Its honestly disturbing, beef jerky should literally be 1 or 2 ingredients- beef and maybe sea salt, period. Years ago I tried out Keto for a bit & was highly upset to discover, most store bought Roast Beef has Sugar in it!! Rotisserie chicken in the grocery store usually has at least sugar, quite often corn starch, corn syrup, dextrose, colorants, natural flavorings, msg, etc. It's quite disgusting that most of our society is thoroughly Addicted to Sugar and it's because we don't read ingredients- they are literally putting Sugar (in any of it's million & 1 forms) into EVERYTHING!! This is why I have such a difficult time eating enough protein & fat throughout my day, when I don't have access to a kitchen. My daughter-in-law will quite often fry me up a bunch of hamburger patties, or some steak, or boil me up a bunch of eggs, so I will have a meal on the go. However she's not really in a great position to be capable of doing that for me every day, so at least 4 days out the week I'm fending for myself.
Some of my go to food choices are as follows:

These next several entries are not from Aldi, and as for the beef & sardines, U have to look for them cuz they are not readily available everywhere but U can often find the beef in Walmart, and the sardines in chain grocers. I enjoy all of these products as they are just clean 1-2 ingredient packs of animal protein and fat- like they are supposed to be. And they have good flavor as well.
Other than these street bound staples I will quite often indulge in my chunk of Real Cheese:
And one last staple I almost forgot to mention is from Aldi as well since I don't currently have access to farm fresh butter:

So while it's not ideal, as would be to be eating Beef, butter, & eggs daily- it's a survival grocery list for now, which all things considered is fairly clean, not too expensive (tho more so than cooking raw meat), and its premade so I can actually eat on days that my daughter-in-law can't help me. As a therapeutic cleanup from this means of eating, as soon as I have daily kitchen access (like we get our apartment), I will switch to Lion diet (strictly fatty beef, salt, water) at least for a while. Who knows I might decide that feels even better healthwise.
All these days that I am not reading &/or writing I have been handling business- even on zero sleep & barely sustainable eating- I start back to work as a PCA/HHA by the end of the week. I don't know at this current moment how in thee fuck I'm gon pull off being a caregiver on lil to no sleep, but I can't keep waiting for the government blockade to clear outta my way to make moves- so it is what it is. Most excellent! I would love to monch some salmon and them natural beef sausages :)
Decent tuna is so hard to find. I haven’t seen this brand here - although we do have Aldi. It is disturbing much crap is added to everything, when you start to look at it. Another way of keeping us sick. Good luck with the new job, Reina! You will find the energy. You know it will come. 🌟🤗✨
